1955 The name of Florence Stove and Hardware Co Ltd was changed to Flora Stove and Hardware Co Ltd. The company was owned by Joseph Sankey and Sons Ltd. Demand was such that new production facilities were being installed at GKN's Cannock factory[1]

1967 Name changed to Sankey Plated Pressings Ltd

1974 Name changed to Quickmaid Vending Services Ltd of Bilston, a subsidiary of GKN, dealers in vending machines.

1984 Name changed to Sankey Vending Operating Services Ltd

1985 Name changed to GKN Vending Services Ltd

1994 Name changed to Vendcare Services Ltd
