FREDERICK W. TYZACK, Psalter House, Brincliffe, Sheffield, died on October 17, 1923, at the age of seventy-four.

Up to the time of his death he was chairman of W. Tyzack Sons and Turner, Ltd., Little London Works, Sheffield, with whom he had been associated throughout the whole of his business career.

He was elected a member of the Iron and Steel Institute in 1908.
