1923 Established by V. E. Freestone and A. J. Webb. Freestone had learnt his trade working at Crossley Motors, Webb had returned to England having trained in France.

1961 Company was inactive. Had been part of Swain Group (Motors); acquired by Provincial Traction Co to protect the name[1]
