1886 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, John McConnell and John Harrocks Booker, trading as Merchants, at the Albany, Old Hall-street, in the city of Liverpool, under the style of George Booker and Coy., has this day been dissolved by mutual consent; and all debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said John McConnell, who will in future carry on the said business alone...'[1]
1900 Booker Brothers and Co, George Booker and Co and John McConnell and Co were brought together in Booker Brothers, McConnell and Co, general merchants, owners of plantations and shippers[2]
