With his wife Sarah Preston (age 26 born Greenwich) and nine children; George Preston (age 14 born Deptford); Lucy Preston (age 12 born Deptford); Frederick Preston (age 11 born Deptford); Emma Preston (age 9 born Deptford); Harriett Preston (age 7 born Deptford); Edwin Preston (age 6 born Deptford); Reuben Preston (age 4 born Deptford); Alice Preston (age 2 born Deptford); and Helena Preston (age 1 born Deptford).[1]
