1959 Company formed by Hawker Siddeley to make automatic vending machines for the JV Primapax; the company was a subsidiary of Gloster Aircraft Co; the new company already produced coin-operated soft drink vending machines, Supreme fresh-tea machines and will licence the vending machines of Rowe Manufacturing Inc; also made agricultural equipment as well as fibre-glass components[1]
