'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Joel Cadbury and Samuel Wall Richards, carrying on business as Button Manufacturers and Jewellers, at Great Hampton-street, Birmingham, under the style of Green, Cadbury, and Richards, was this day dissolved; and that all debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Joel Cadbury, who will continue the said business on his own account...'[1]
