1910 Incorporated as a private company

1920 Acquired by Incledon and Lamberts[1]

1951 Retail branches in Leicester and London and various cities in South Africa; manufacturers of fittings in South Africa under licence from J. Blakeborough and Sons

1960 The plastics business of H. Incledon was merged into the Durapipe and Fittings business[2]
