Henry Lovegrove (1846-1927), Architect.

Attended Oxford School of Art. and worked as an assistant to Charles Fowler (c1822-1903) and to Charles Edmund Giles.

c.1870 Commenced practice in London

1876 For the erection of the Exeter-road Board Schools, Exmouth, Devon. Mr. H. Lovegrove, architect; 30, Budge-row, Cannon-street, E.C. Also Henry Lovegrove for alterations to Kenton Grange.[1]

1878 Birth of son Gilbert Henry Lovegrove (1878-1951), Architect

1884 Extension of the iron roof, Spitalfields Market

1911 Residing at 18 Foxgrove Road, Beckenham: Henry Lovegrove (age 65 born Marlow), Architect and Surveyor. With his wife Caroline Elizabeth, three daughters and son Gilbert Henry Lovegrove (age 32 born Brixton), Architect and surveyor.[2]
