Attended Oxford School of Art. and worked as an assistant to Charles Fowler (c1822-1903) and to Charles Edmund Giles.

1876 For the erection of the Exeter-road Board Schools, Exmouth, Devon. Mr. H. Lovegrove, architect; 30, Budge-row, Cannon-street, E.C. Also Henry Lovegrove for alterations to Kenton Grange.[1]
