1959 Died. 'Harold William Bennett. joint managing director of the hosiery manufacturing firm of Bennett Brothers, Hinckley. who for some time lived at Ringstead. Moor Hall Park, Sutton Coldfield, has died at Horning, Norfolk. Mr. Bennett was 58. and had been seriously ill for some time. He went to Horning to recuperate. He had been associated with Bennett Brothers since soon after the firm was founded by his father, the late Mr. William Bennett. and his uncle in 1915. He had been a director for 35 years and joint managing director with his brother and cousin since 1949.'[1]
