1996 TI Group sold 3 small subsidiary companies, TI Desford Tubes, TI Matrix Engineering and Hollow Extrusions, to Hay Hall Group[1]

1996 September: acquired the assets of Accles and Pollock from TI, which formed the basis of 2 small business units - stainless steel components for aircraft and nuclear applications, and superclean stainless steel tubing for semiconductor and analytical science applications[2]

2006 Acquired by Warner Electric (UK) Group, becoming part of Altra Industrial Motion Group Inc. Disposed of interests in Matrix Engineered Systems Ltd, Hay Hall Leicester Ltd, Stainless Steel Tubes Ltd, Hay Hall Tyseley Ltd and Hay Hall Trustees Ltd[3]

2016 Acquired by Altra Industrial Motion Corporation
