1878 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Francis Hawkyard Hinde and Roland Harrington, as Bicycle Manufacturers and Merchants, at Stewart-street, Wolverhampton, in the county of Stafford, under the style or firm of Hinde, Harrington, and Co., has been this day dissolved by mutual consent...'[1]

1878 Patent. '3278. To Roland Harrington, of the firm of Hinde, Harrington, and Co., of Wolverhampton, in the county of Stafford, Bicycle Manufacturers, for the invention of "improvements in velocipedes, partly applicable also to other purposes."'[2]

1878 Frederick Harrington leaves the partnership. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Frederick Harrington, Walter Harrington, and Roland Harrington, as Bicycle Manufacturers and Merchants, at Stewart-street, Wolverhampton, in the county of Stafford, under the style or firm of Hinde, Harrington, and Co., has been this day dissolved, as to the said Frederick Harrington, by mutual consent. And that all debts due to and from the said firm will be received and paid by the said Walter Harrington and Roland Harrington, who will on and from this date constitute and carry on the said business under the said style or firm of Hinde, Harrington, and Co...'[3]
