Horace See (born Philadelphia, 16 July 1835, died New York City, 14 December 1909) was an American mechanical engineer, marine engineer, naval architect, inventor, and superintendent. He was the principal naval architect at the William Cramp and Sons shipyard in Philadelphia, and president of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers in the year 1888–89.

He patented a hydro-pneumatic ash ejector.
