'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas Coglan Horsfall and Spencer Henry Bickham, carrying on business as Card Manufacturers, at the Bridgewater Works, Pendleton, under the style or firm of Horsfall and Bickham, was dissolved, on the 29th day of September last, by mutual consent....'[1]
1905 Produced the Horbick Minor car whilst continuing to manufacture cards.
1906 J. Arrowsmith and G. A. Kennedy trading as Horsfall and Bickham, motor-car manufacturers had legal contest with Ludlow R. Oswald Sealy of Dublin.[2]
1906 Produced 10-12, 12-16, 15-20 and 20-24 h.p. shaft-drive Horbick cars. [3]
