1902 Hunters Ltd was incorporated as a Public company to take over as a going concern the business of manufacturer and dealers in printing machinery and other appliances carried on by Klimsch, Hunter and Co at Fleet Street, London[1]

1914 Participated in the 5th International Exhibition of the Printing and Allied Trades at the Agricultural Hall, Islington[2]

1927 Hunters Ltd acquired A. W. Penrose and Co and changed its name to Hunter-Penrose Ltd
