1984 Set up a new company, Cooper's Animal Health, by the merging the veterinary interests of the Wellcome Foundation and ICI.
By 1991 was one of the Biosciences Products businesses in ICI
1993 ICI decided to demerge its chemical business from the pharmaceutical and bioscience divisions. The pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, specialties, seeds and biological products were placed into a new company called Zeneca Group.
