February 5th, 6th and 7th, 1896, on the premises, as above (late in the occupation of Messrs. Charles Pooley and Co., Limited), the Valuable and Nearly New COTTON-SPINNING MACHINERY, Steam Boilers, Steam Engines, Shafting, Piping, Mechanics' Tools, &c., including two Lord's patent combination exhaust cotton openers, and lap machine for 40in. cards, by Lord Brothers, 1893. 10 single beater lap machines for 40in. cards, by Lord Brothers and Platt Brothers and Co. Limited, 1890,1885, and 1894 ; 20 single revolving carding engines, 38in. on wire, 50in. cylinders, J. Hetherington and Sons, part new in 1890 and 1889; 58 single roller and clearer carding engines, 24 drawing frames, containing 213 deliveries; 13 slubbing frames, containing 890 spindles; 19 intermediate frames, containing 1,612 spindles; 51 roving frames, containing spindles, Platt Bros, and Co.
