1961 Appointment to the company's board[1]. Booker Brothers, McConnell and Co had started the company as an adjunct to Sigmund Pumps, to provide an outlet for their smaller accelerator pumps designed for central heating systems [2]

1962 Was making central heating equipment, using equipment from Sigmund Pumps another subsidiary of Booker Brothers, McConnell and Co[3]

1962 Introduced Gas-Pak for gas fired central heating package deal on supply and installation.

1964 Introducd Oil-Pak for oil fired central heating. Acquired Delmore Heating[4].

1967 Merged into a jointly owned company with Powell Duffryn Heating[6]
