1961 Powell Duffryn's various heating and air conditioning businesses brought together in this company, including Hurseal and Gulf radiators, boilers using solid fuel, oil or gas by Janitor Boilers, and Dravo space heaters[1]

1967 Merged with International Boilers and Radiators in a company that was jointly owned with Booker Group[2], called International Janitor.

1970 Powell Duffryn sold its half share in International Janitor[3]
