Engineering training with J. and H. McLaren, Leeds. Technical Assistant to J. and H. McLaren, Leeds, engaged chiefly on electric lighting central station work. Manager of Mann's Patent Steam Cart and Wagon Co., Ltd., Leeds. Chief Works: Steam wagons, tractors, and all types of heavy motor-cars. Occasional contributions to technical journals and societies.
