John Jacob Beringer (1857-1915) of the Camborne School of Mines

Born the son of Fidelis Beringer (or Bohringer), a Shopkeeper and Jeweller born in Germany

1882 John Jacob Beringer, of Camborne, the newly-appointed county analyst.[1]

1887 Married at Tuckingmill to Ada Tonking

1911 Residing at 11 Fore St, Camborne: John Jacob Beringer (age 54 born Redruth), Lecturer in Mining School. With his wife Ada, three daughters and son Bernard Beringer (age 15).[2]

1915 Died, Principal of the Cornwall School of Metalliferous Mining.[3]
