1919 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Charles Peter Mitchell Jack and Percy Muers, carrying on business as Consulting Engineers and Marine Surveyors, at 32. Great St. Helens, London, E.G., under the style or firm of JACK AND MUERS. has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the eleventh day of June, 1919. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Percy Muers, who continues the business under the style or firm of Jack and Muers....'[1]
