1882 Sale of the company's property. '...THE LEASE, PROPERTY & EFFECTS of the late Firm of Messrs. Jackson and Smith Engineers, at Princes Risborough aforesaid; with the MACHINERY, PLANT, and EFFECTS of the said Messrs. Jackson and Smith, removed from their Works at Chinnor for convenience of Sale...'[2]

1886 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore existing between John Hezekiah Jackson and Alfred Smith, carrying on business at Wooburn, in the county of Buckingham, as Paper and Mill Board Makers, under the firm of Jackson and Smith, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
