'...copartnership of Jaffe Brothers and Company, Merchants in Dundee, as existing since 31st December, 1886, and constituted between and among the undersigned Isaac Joseph Jaffe, John Henry Luis, Victor Fraenkl, Martin Jaffe, and Albert Jaffe, has been dissolved as of this date so far as regards the said Isaac Joseph Jaffa's interest in the said firm. The business is to be continued by the said John Henry Luis, Victor Fraenkl, Martin Jaffe, and Albert Jaffe, and the undersigned John Henry Luis, jun., residing in Dundee, under the same name and for their sole behoof...'[1]
