1896 Became a limited company
1898 First steam vehicle shown at the Royal Show in Birmingham.
1903 Built a steam wagon for service in India
1905 Exhibited at the International Motor Show, Olympia. [1]
1907 March. Showed a steam vehicle at the Commercial Motor Vehicle and Boat Show at Olympia. [2]
1907 April 30th. Company went into liquidation
1907 The Invicta Works and sufferance Wharf, the premises of Jesse Ellis for upwards of 20 years, advertised for sale [3] [4]
1910 Jesse Ellis and Co with partners Jesse Ellis and R. D. Crosby dissolved. [5]
