John Watney (1828-1904) was a distiller, son of Daniel Watney, also a distiller of Wandsworth.

1920 John Watney and Co wrote to the The Engineer requesting advice on a recurring problem with the chain drive in their mill.

1923 Booth's Distillery acquired a majority interest in the distilling business of John Watney Ltd of Wandsworth[2]

1940-50 Recorded as warehousing of spirits, and under regulations for use of imported spirit
