1760 The coach-making business was established in George Street (near Portman Square), perhaps by his father[1]

1778 Married Mary Burgan (or Burgoyne) at St George's Hanover Square; 8 children.

1783 Coachmaker in Hanover Sq; indentured Joseph Wild as an apprentice[2]

1791 Birth of son Charles Joseph Thrupp

1797 Married Mary Pillow at St George's Hanover Sq[3]; 9 children including Joseph William Thrupp (1799-1873)[4].

1817 His son Joseph William Thrupp was indentured to John Timms
