In charge of railway and constructive work

1878 installed the Gramme dynamos electric lighting of part of Liverpool Docks

Also fitted lighting to the Inman S.S. fleet, and the S.S. Chimboraso, the first ship fitted with incandescent lighting

1878 Designed the works of the Aerated Bread Co

1881 An engineer, living in Streatham with his mother, Harriet 60, and sister, Harriet K. 39[2]

1885 Engineer registered at 25 Queen Anne's Gate, London. [3]

Consulting engineer for the Aerated Bread Company

Director of the Lambeth Waterworks Co.
