Kearns-Richards , of Broadheath, Altrincham, Cheshire.

1967 Kearns-Richards was formed when Staveley Industries bought H. W. Kearns and Co. Ltd and merged it with George Richards and Co, key companies in the Broadheath machine tool manufacturing industry. It became part of Staveley Machine Tools.

1974 The Kearns-Richards Division of Staveley Machine Tools based in Broadheath, Altrincham, introduced a new SF100 horizontal boring and milling machine.[1]

c.1990 Acquired from the receiver by F. M. T.
