1857 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Charles Kurtz and John Wakefield Cropper, carrying on business at Liverpool, in the county of Lancaster, and at the city of Dublin, as Tar Distillers and Manufacturing Chemists, under the style of Kurtz, Cropper, and Co., at Liverpool, and Kurtz, Keightley, and Co., at Dublin, was dissolved by mutual consent on the 11th day of August last. All debts owing to or by the said respective late concerns of Kurtz, Cropper and Co., at Liverpool aforesaid, and Kurtz, Keightley, and Co., at Dublin aforesaid, will be received and paid by the said Charles Kurtz, who will continue to carry on the said businesses at Liverpool and Dublin aforesaid, on his own sole account...[1]
