1891 IRON WORKS PLANT FOR SALE - TO BE SOLD BY PRIVATE TENDER, the whole the PLANT belonging to a small Mill situate at Lambton Engine and Iron Works, Fence Houses, County Durham, made by Claridge, North and Co., for the Manufacture of Bars, Angle, and Underground Rails. Permission to view and a schedule of the plant, together with any further information, may be had on application to Mr. Young, at the Works. Intending purchasers are requested to fill in the price which they are willing to give for each lot as there enumerated. but the owner does not bind himself to accept any complete Tender, and reserves the right to select such prices as he may think fit.— Lambton Engine end Iron Works, November 9th, 1891.
