1959 Eastern Counties Preserves (1940) was renamed Lockwoods Foods Ltd

1960 Brian, Jenks and Co Ltd, an associated company, was incorporated as sales agents for the company

1960 Lockwoods Foods incorporated as a public company.[1]

1962 Lockwoods Foods, a £1 million group of Lincolnshire canners, acquired J. and J. Beaulah.[2]

1981 The business was rescued from receivership when it was acquired by Hillsdown Holdings[3]

1982 Lockwood Canners Ltd, of Bridge Road, Long Sutton, near Spalding.
