London and St. Katharine Docks Co

1864 The London, St. Katharine and Victoria Docks were amalgamated.
1874 the London and St. Katharine Docks Company decided to construct the Royal Albert Dock as an extension of the Victoria Dock (which acquired the prefix "Royal").
1900 By Act of Parliament, the London and St. Katharine Docks Co and the East and West India Dock Co were amalgamated to form the London and India Docks Co. [1]
