1972 Name changed to Tricentrol Cars (Luton) Ltd, part of Tricentrol Car Group

1982 Name changed to Trimoco Cars (Luton) Ltd

1983 Name changed to Trimoco Ltd

By 1986 was owned by Combined Technologies Corporation, which then adopted the name Trimoco[3]

1987 Name changed to Trimoco Motor Group Ltd

1994 Name changed to Hartwell Automotive Group Ltd of Oxford
