MG: Models

Note: This is a sub-section of MG
Notice: Prior to the MG 18/80 launched in 1928, MG cars were Morris models re-badged and with some changes and modifications. Because of this there are heated debates among a few MG owners and fans about whether a particular car is truly a Morris or an MG. While the editor of Grace's Guide believes these discussions are harmless and sometimes entertaining, he cannot enter in to correspondence on how a car should be listed or offer to adjudicate on these squabbles. Our policy is to list the car according to the claims made by the owner and to enjoy these fine examples of early engineering and not sweat the badge. Ed. |
