c.1970 Merger of William Mallinson and Sons, and Denny, Mott and Dickson to form Mallinson-Denny.[1]

1976 Factories Direction Ltd, of Pine End Works, Lydney, Gloucester, became part of the company as Mallinson-Denny (Lydney) Ltd

1981 Muirhead and Sons Ltd, of Grangemouth, became part of the company as Mallinson-Denny (Scotland) Ltd

Acquired by Brooke Bond which was then acquired by Unilever

1985 Sold to its management[2]

1987 The company was a subsidiary of Hunter plc

1988 Acquired by Wickes plc

1992 Mallinson-Denny (Lydney) Ltd was wound up.
