1920 A division of Crossley Motors was set up to assemble Willys-Overland vehicles at Stockport

1926 Started to use the Manchester name on the 25cwt truck

1928 Built their own design of 1.25 and 1.75 ton trucks and they featured a spiral-bevel back axle and coil ignition. Badged as Willys-Manchester and made by Willys Overland Crossley

1920 A bonneted 2.5 ton truck launched

Willys-Manchester offered a larger model as a 14 seater PSV.

1933 Seven Manchesters went into the LPTB fleet.

1933 Company ceased trading
