1873 Theodor Klett converted the Company into the Maschinenbau Actien-Gesellschaft Nürnberg.

1898 The Nürnberg company merged with Maschinenfabrik Augsburg A.G. to become Maschinenfabrik Augsburg-Nürnberg A.G.[1]

1914 Engineering Works. Specialities: diesel engines, gas engines, cranes, railway carriages and wagons, bridges, iron and steel structures, rotary and flat bed printing machines etc. Employees 15,000. [2]
