1872 Patent. '3570. And Edward Ensor the younger, of the the Pool Works, Woodville, in the county of Leicester, Fire Brick Manufacturer, has given the like notice in respect of the invention of "improvements in drying bricks, tiles, pottery-ware, and other like goods, and in the means employed therefor."'[1]

1901 Company acquired by Thomas Cash and renamed Mason Cash and Co.

1902 Mention of H. W. Cash, Pool Pottery, Woodville.[2]

1910 Mention of A. B. Cash trading as Mason, Cash and Co, of Pool Potteries, Woodville.[3]
