WWII. During the war years they manufactured some fairly sensitive defence equipment for the British government.

1956 Acquired R. M. Electric.
1958 Acquired by Francis Sumner (Holdings).[3]
1960 Acquired by Radio and Allied Industries.[4]
By the end of 1962 was owned by GEC.[5]
