1901 In order to carry into effect the provisions of an agreement made between the Mathieson Photo Blocks Limited and Messrs. Burrup and Mathieson, whereby the whole undertaking of the Company is to be taken over by Messrs. Burrup and Mathieson, the Company was wound up voluntarily. G. J. MATHIESON was Chairman.[1]
