With his wife (married 16 years with three children) Martha (age 44 born Germany) and their children Ida (age 12 born Coventry) and Muriel (age 11 born Coventry). Also a visitor from Germany and three servants. 
1919 Mauritz Schulte left Triumph after conflicting opinions with Siegfried Bettmann, with a 'Golden Handshake' of £15,000. Schulte believed that Triumph should concentrate on car production, Bettmann strongly disagreed.
