1902 Incorporated in the Metropolitan Amalgamated Railway Carriage and Wagon Co.
1929 Eventually the successor company Metropolitan Carriage, Wagon and Finance Co was merged with the railway business of Cammell, Laird and Co to form Metropolitan Cammell Carriage, Wagon and Finance Co better known as Metro Cammell.
