1907 The company had obtained some of the omnibuses constructed by the Darracq-Serpollet Omnibus Co and expressed satisfaction at their performance in London traffic.[1]

1908 Walter B. Hopkins was chairman

1912 Acquired some omnibuses from the LGOC; a working arrangement had been arranged between the 2 companies.[2]
