1909 The Motor Brougham and Cab Company Limited, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £10,000, to acquire the business carried on by the Motor Mart and Institute Limited at 17 Smith Street, Hillhead, Glasgow.[1]

1912 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[2]
