'... the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned, Joseph Murch and William Willoughby, in the trade or business of Iron and Brass Founders, at the Central Foundry, in Adelaide-street, otherwise Rendle-street, Plymouth, in the county of Devon, under the style or firm of Willoughby and Murch, is this day dissolved by mutual consent.
