'... the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned, Joseph Murch and William Willoughby, in the trade or business of Iron and Brass Founders, at the Central Foundry, in Adelaide-street, otherwise Rendle-street, Plymouth, in the county of Devon, under the style or firm of Willoughby and Murch, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All persons indebted to the partnership firm are requested to pay the amount of their respective debts to the said William Willoughby forthwith, by whom the business will be henceforth carried on...'[1]
