Directors include Frank William Grainger, Director of New Ormonde Cycle Co; Thomas Groves, Nine years manager for Starley Brothers., [1]
1897 Resolution to wind up the New Ormonde Cycle Company, Romford. One of the liquidators is Joseph John Perry, London, a manufacturer.[2]
