1921 AT an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at The Laurels, Millfield-lane, Highgate, London, N. 6, on the 21st day of March, 1921, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed :— " That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that Mr. Albert Edward Tilley, Chartered Accountant, of the firm of Messrs. Singleton, Fabian and Co., of No. 8, Staple-inn, W.C., be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up." Signed D. J. OYLER, Chairman.[3]

After this the Oylers seemed to have continued the business of corn merchants, E. A. Oyler.
