1810 Established by William Peek and Richard Peek.

1855 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership formerly 1.1 subsisting and carried on at Liverpool, in the county of Lancaster, by the undersigned, William Peek the younger and Henry William Peek, under the style or firm of Peek, Brothers, and Winch, in the trade or business of Wholesale Tea Dealers, was dissolved by mutual consent...'[1]

1861 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned, Edward Peek, Francis Peek, and William Richard Winch, as Tea Merchants, carrying on business at Liverpool, in the county of Lancaster, under the firm of Peek, Brothers and Winch, has bean dissolved as from the 31st day of December, 1860, so far as regards the said Edward Peek who retires from the said firm...'[2]

1895 Incorporated as a Limited Company. The company was registered May 10, 1895, to acquire the businesses of Messrs. Peek Brothers and Co., and Messrs. Francis Peek, Winch and Co., of London, and Messrs. Peek Brothers and Winch, of Liverpool, wholesale dealers in tea, coffee, &c.

1908 Directors: F. S. E. Drury (Chairman), R. Alston (Managing Director), J. Brooks, J. Harrison, and D. Mossman. Secretary: E. W. Burch. Office: 20, Eastcheap, E.C.

1914 Tea, Coffee and Spice Merchants, Peek House, Eastcheap. Established in 1810 by William Peek and Richard Peek. Incorporated as a Limited Company in 1895. Present Directors: E. Burke (Chairman), F. S. E. Drury, R. Alston, J. Brooks, E. W. Burch, A. W. Tait. Secretary: P. E. Sparkes. The Company conducts one of the largest businesses in the City as Tea, Coffee and Spice Merchants. Warehouses and Branch Offices: Love Lane, E.C.; Glasshouse Street, East Smithfield; and Trundleys Road, Deptford, London; also at Liverpool, Glasgow, Belfast, Manchester, Calcutta, Colombo, Shanghai, &c. About 400 hands are employed in the various offices and warehouses.
