Perry Pritchard was born in 1892.

He established the Midland Motor Cylinder Company and became the first Works Manager of the Company, and later Managing Director.

In 1927 he assumed the Managing Directorship of Birmingham Aluminium Casting (1903) Co.; Ltd.. Also, in 1929, he became Chairman of Sterling Metals, Ltd.

He died on and February, 1945, at the age of 53.

He was elected an Associate Member in 1924 and transferred to Member in 1930.
